蓝光滤过型人工晶状体植入术后的视功能

摘    要:目的评价白内障患者蓝光滤过型人工晶状体ACRYsoftTM natural IOL植入术后视功能的改变。方法采用临床对照研究,连续收集年龄相关性白内障患者47例(47眼),随机分为两组,均行超声乳化加人工晶状体植入术,观察组植入ACR YsoftTM natural IOL(Alcon,SN60AT),对照组植入非蓝光滤过型人工晶状体ACR YsoftTM Single-PieceI-OL(Alcon,SA60AT)。于术后不同时间点检查视力、波前像差及对比敏感度,随访时间为6个月。结果观察组与对照组术后第3个月和第6个月波前像差差异无显著性;观察组空间对比敏感度在中、低频率上明显高于对照组。结论在白内障术后早期阶段,蓝光滤过型人工晶状体ACR YsoftTM natural IOL与非蓝光滤过型人工晶状体ACR YsoftTM Sin-gle-Piece IOL相比,其可以提高患者空间对比敏感度,而波前像差无明显改变。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate wavefront aberrations and contrast sensitivity of ACRYsoftTM natural IOL in cataract patients.Methods Routine phacoemulsification and IOL implantation were performed in 47 senile cataract patients.The patients were randomly assigned to receive 23 ACRYsoftTM natural IOLs and 24 ACRYsoftTM Single-Piece IOLs.Visual acuity,wavefront aberrations and contrast sensitivity examined up to 6 months postoperatively.Results The ACRYsoftTM natural IOLs showed statistically significantly higher spatial contrast sensitivity than ACRYsoftTM Single-Piece IOLs in the low and middle frequencies.There was no significant difference between blue light filtering IOLs and ordinary UV IOL in wavefront aberrations.Conclusions Blue light filtering ACRYsoftTM natural IOLs are preferable to ordinary UV IOLs in preserving spatial contrast sensitivity in the early postoperative period,but not change wavefront aberrations.
