| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨细胞周期抑制蛋白P16异常表达与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法 免疫组织化学方法 (S—P法 )检测 70例胃癌标本中的P16蛋白表达。结果 P16在胃癌中的表达阳性率明显低于非癌胃组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,P16表达降低与胃癌分期增加、淋巴结转移显著相关。结论 P16蛋白异常表达与胃癌不良的生物学行为有关 ,对胃癌预后的判断有一定帮助。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the correlation between expression of P16 and biological behavior in human gastric cancer. MethodsThe expression of P16 in 70 gastric cancer patients were analysed by immunohistochemical staining.ResultsThe positive expression rates of P16 was lower in gastric cancer than that in noncancerous gastric tissues ( p<0.05),and the lower level of P16 expression was significantly correlated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis.ConclusionThe abnormal expression of P16 is related with the poor biological behavior and might be helpful to evaluate the prognosis of gastric cancer. |
