| 摘 要： | 目的：明确老年脑卒中患者性行为异常的影响因素。方法：26例老年脑卒中患者性行为异常者,进行中医辨证分型,对性别、病灶及其它相关因素进行分析。结果：老年脑卒中患者性行为异常与病灶位置、性别、生活背景、性格、住院时间有关,与激素水平无明显相关。中医辨证分型以肝火旺盛、扰动心神为多。结论：老年脑卒中患者性行为异常是严重的精神障碍,应引起重视。

| Abstract: | Objective: To identify the influencing factors of abnormal sexual behaviors in senile stroke patients.
