儿童弱视治疗的疗效分析

目的：探讨儿童弱视治疗的疗效。方法：108例(178眼)弱视儿童进行验光配镜、遮盖治疗及精细目力训练等综合治疗。结果：屈光不正性弱视的治愈率为77．69％，屈光参差性弱视的治愈率为76．46％，斜视性弱视的治愈率为69．57％，结论：弱视治疗的疗效与弱视的类型、程度、年龄有密切关系。弱视程度越轻，开始治疗越早，疗效越好。各类型的弱视以屈光不正性疗效最好。

Analysis Efficiency on Treatment of Children with Amblyopia

Objective: To study efficiency on treatment of child with amblyopia . Methods: 178 eyes of 108 cases were treated by using the therapy of eyeglasses, eye -shades and eyesight exercise and so on. Results: The curative rate of ametropic am-blyopia, anisomethropic amblyopia and strabismic amblyopia was 77.69%, 76.47% and 69.57% respectively. Conclusion: The effects of treatment are associated with types, degree, age of amblyopia. The minimai degree and low age of amblyopia had the better effect and the ametropic amblyopia is the best in response to treatment.
