中风病机的背部红外热像研究--经络穴位红外热像原理的运用

目的:对中风后患者背部红外热图进行观察,分析中风病机.方法:采集31例中风后患者及20例普通人的背部红外热图,对比其温度分布模式的差异.结果:普通人基本表现为高温区在脊柱区域及背部两侧上部,低温区在背部两侧下部,双侧基本对称.中风后患者督脉高温带断续、缩短;偏瘫患者背部两侧上中胸椎段明显失对称;脑梗死后偏瘫患者上背部低温区均出现在瘫痪侧,脑出血后偏瘫患者10例低温区出现在瘫痪侧,5例出现在健侧;2例狂躁症状患者督脉胸椎段出现低温带.结论:中风后病机包括督脉脉气失调和心肺脏气失调;脑出血后偏瘫病机与脑梗死不同;中风后躁狂患者应考虑阳气虚衰的可能性.

Study on Pathogenesis of Stroke by Using Infrared Thermogram of the Human Back

Objective:To investigate infrared thermogram of the back in stroke patient to analyze the pathogenesis of stroke.Methods: Temperature distribution patterns of infrared thermogram of the back in 31 cases of stroke and 20 normal persons were compared. Results:In the normal person,the high temperature zones appeared on the spinal column region and the bilateral upper parts of the back and the low temperature zone on the bilateral lower part of the back,with basically symmetry;In the patient of stroke, the shortened or/and discontinuous high temperature zone appeared on the Governor Vessel;In the patient with hemiplagia,the un-symmetrical temperature distribution was found on the lateral areas on the hack corresponding to the upper and mid parts of the thoracical spine;In the patient of hemiplagia after cerebral infarction,the low temperature zone appeared on the the back of the affected side;for the patients of hemiplagia after cerebral hemorrhage,the low temperature zone of 10 cases appeared on the affected side,and 5 cases on the healthy side;In 2 cases of mania,a low temperature zone distributed on the thoracical segment of the Governor Vessel.Conclusion:Pathogenesis of stroke is involved the dysfunction of the Governor Vessel,the heart and lung; Hemiplagia after cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction have different pathogenesises;Mania after stroke is possibly related with deficiency of Yang.
