| 摘 要： | 目的:研究汉黄芩素对人早幼白血病HL-60细胞端粒酶活性的影响。方法:不同浓度的汉黄芩素作用HL-60细胞后，MTT法测细胞的生长和增殖情况，TRAP—PCR—ELISA法研究细胞端粒酶活性的变化。结果:汉黄芩素能明显地抑制HL-60细胞的生长，且呈时间、浓度依赖性。不同浓度的汉黄芩素能下调HL-60细胞的端粒酶活性，且同样呈时间、浓度依赖性。结论:汉黄芩素可抑制HL-60细胞的端粒酶活性，可能是其诱导HL-60细胞凋亡的重要机制之一．

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effect on telemerase of HL-60 cells treated by wogonin.Methods HL-60 cells were treated by wogonin with different concentrations.Then the inhibiting effect and the change of telomerase activity in HL-60 cells were detected by MTT assay and TRAP-PCR-ELISA.Results The proliferation of HL-60 cells treated with wogonin was significantly inhibited,that were density and time dependent.Telomerase activity of HL-60 cells treated with wogonin in different concentrations was significantly inhibited,and the effect were also density and time dependent.Conclusion Wogonin can inhibit the telomerase activity of HL-60 cells.It may be one of important regulatory mechanisms in the apoptosis of HL-60 cell. |
