| 摘 要： | 目的比较阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效及不良反应。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各30例，分别给予阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗，疗程6周。采用阳性与阴性测量法（PAASS）、副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效及不良反应。结果阿立哌唑组显效率与氯氮平组显效率差异无显著性，氯氮平组嗜睡、流涎、体重增加等副反应高于阿立哌唑组（P〈0．01）。结论阿立哌唑疗效与氯氮平疗效相仿，但副反应较少，安全性好，更具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the curative effects and side effects of aripiprazole and clozapine in treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 60 schizophrenics were randomly divided into aripiprazole(n=30)and clozapine(n=30) groups.The clinical therapeutic effectiveness and side effects were assessed with the Positive And Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) before and at the ends of the 2nd,4th and 6th week of treatment,respectively. Results There was no significant difference in the curative effects between aripiprazole and clozapine(P>0.05).The side effects such as somnolence,salivation and weight gain in the aripiprazole group were much lower than those in the clozepine group(P<0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia is similar to that of clozapine with fewer side effects and higher safety. |
