老年冠心病患者血压昼夜变化特点及其临床意义

目的；分析老年冠心病患者在动态血压昼夜变化的特点以其临床意义，方法：选择年龄６０～８０岁的老年冠心病患者６０例，分为高血压组和非高血压组监测，血压昼夜变化情况。结果：在６０例老年冠心病患者中，血压昼夜节律消失者共４５例，占总例数７５％；收缩压与舒和压夜间／白昼比值在高血压组与非设备在压组无显著性差异。结论：夜间血压持续升高是老年冠心病患者心肌缺血损伤的重要危险因素，防治措施应重视行为干预，使用长效

The feature of circadian blood pressure variation in senile patients with CHD

Objective To analyes the feature of the circadian variation of ambulatory blood pressure in senile patients with coronary heart disease and to investigate its clinic implications. Methods 60 patients with CHD were divided into hypertensive group and normotensive group,whose blood pressure was monitored in 24 hour dynamically.Results Circadian variation of blood pressure was disapreared in 45 patients,the ratio was 75%,there were no significant difference between the hypertensive group and the normotensive group in the nighttime daytime ratio of SBP and DBP.Conusion The high level of ambulatory blood pressure during night is the important dangerous factors to myocardial ischemia of senile patients with coronary heart disease,Behavior treatment,long acting preparation of depressor and pentaerythritol tetranitrate should be considered in the treatment.
