| 摘 要： | 了解海洛因依赖者的人格特征及其与家庭环境的相互关系。方法用ＭＭＰＩ和自编家庭环境调查表，对１８６例海洛因依赖者的人格及其与家庭环境的关系进行因子分析和相关研究。结果发现他们具有精神质（Ｐ因子）、装好－装坏（Ｆ因子）、内向（Ｉ因子）的人格特征；并与其父母职业、父亲健康状况、母孕时间、窒息史、高热抽搐史、患过多动综合征、家庭娱乐方式、家庭管教一致性、家庭环境气氛相关。结论提示人格特征、家庭环境、依赖海洛因之间可能有互为因果的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand personality characters of heroin addicts and the relationships between them and family environments. Methods Factor analysis of MMPI, correlation study between MMPI and family environment to 186 heroin addicts were made Results The results indicated these addicts had the personality characters of psychoticism (Factor P), fake good fake bad (Factor F) and introversion (Factor I). And these personalty characters were, related to parents occupation, time of mother pregnancy, histories of suffocation, MBD and twitch caused by high fever, entertainment style of family, atmosphere of family, consistent of family education. Conclusion This paper pointed out personality characters,family evironment,heroin addiction might be have causality each others. |
