| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨对原发性高血压病病人实施心理护理的效果。方法]选Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期原发性高血压病病人30例,测定比较经健康教育、生活指导、心理疏导、心理放松训练等强化心理护理2周前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、忧郁自评量表(SDS)分值及血压变化。结果]病人入院时SAS、SDS评分均高于正常,强化心理护理2周后SAS、SDS、收缩压、舒张压均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论]心理护理可减轻高血压病病人的负性情绪,降低血压。
