| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肾动静脉瘘的介入性诊断和有效治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析 9例肾动静脉瘘行肾动脉造影和选择性血管栓塞治疗的影像学资料。结果 肾动静脉瘘的动脉造影主要表现为血管畸形、动静脉短路、多分支供血等。选择性栓塞供血分支能有效止血 ,且副反应较轻。结论 选择性肾动脉造影和超选择性栓塞术是诊断和治疗肾动静脉瘘的最重要的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study angiographic manifestations and interventional treatment of renal arteriovenous fistula.Methods Images of renal angiography in 9 patients with renal arteriovenous fistula were retrospectively analysed.Results The major feature of renal arteriovenous fistula in renal angiography were vascula deformation,arterio-venous shunt, multi-branch blood supply ect. The selective embolism of blood-supplying arteries can effective hemostasia,and the side reaction is mild.Conclusion Renal angiography is the best diagnostic method for the disease and the superselective renal arteral embolism is safe and effective for renal arteriovenous fistula. |
