婴儿颅内出血的护理体会

目的:探讨婴儿颅内出血的病因及预防,强调护理的重要性。方法:回顾我院89例婴儿颅内出血的临床资料,对患儿进行全面的护理监测。结果:临床治愈80例,自动出院6例,死亡3例。宫内窘迫、出生窒息缺氧引起者仅9例(10.1%),晚发型维生素K缺乏症致颅内出血(80.9%)多见,且外来务工者子女占大部分(87.6%)。结论:加强产前监护可降低颅内出血的发生率;加强护理监测,提高颅内出血的治愈率。

Nursing experience of infant intracranial hemorrhage

Objective： To explore the etiology of infant intracerebral hemorrhage,emphasize the importance of nursing.Methods： The clinical data of our hospital,89 samples of intracranial hemorrhage were reviewed and comprehensive nursing monitoring were made.Results： Eighty patients were cured while six patients were discharged and three patients were dead.Within the distress,9 samples were choking hypoxia（10.1%）,late hairstyle vitamin K deficiency were more than anoxia,and migrant laborers for most（87.6%）.Conclusion： Strengthening antenatal monitor would reduce the incidence of intracranial hemorrhage and strengthen the monitoring of nursing would improve the rate of intracranial hemorrhage.
