摘    要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定肉桂中桂皮醛的含量。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,依利特ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);用乙腈-水(35:65)为流动相;流速为1mL/min;进样量:10μL;柱温20℃;采用二极管阵列检测器。[结果]肉桂在0.01023-0.2046μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系。r=0.9999(n=5)平均回收率为99.12%RSD=2%。[结论]较紫外分光光度法更方便、快捷且稳定可行,可作为中间产品的质量控制方法。

Abstract:[Objective] establishment of testing Determination of the cinnamaldehyde in the Cinnamon. [ Method]high performance liquid chromatography, In Gbadolite ODS column( 150 mm×4. 6 mm ,5μm) ; With acetonitrile-water (35:65) as mobile phase; A flow rate of 1 mL/min; sample volume: 10μL; Column temperature of 20℃;detective: DAD. [Results] there is a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 01023- 0. 2046μg of cinnamon.r = 0. 9999 (n= 5) average recovery rate;99. 12% RSD = 2% . [ Conclusion] this method is more convenient, fast and stable than UV spectrophotometry. so it can be used as quality control method of intermediate products.
