二联用药联合睡眠干预对社区高血压患者血压控制率及睡眠质量的影响研究

目的:探讨二联用药联合睡眠干预在社区高血压患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年5月昌平城区社区卫生服务中心收治的高血压患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组单用非洛地平治疗,观察组应用美托洛尔联合非洛地平治疗二联用药治疗,并对患者的睡眠质量进行干预和监测,观察2组临床疗效和治疗前后患者睡眠质量。结果:治疗2个月后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压指标水平均较治疗前及观察组治疗后下降;观察组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率显著低于对照组的发生率;观察组患者睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:针对社区高血压疾病,联合应用美托洛尔+非洛地平治疗,并同步实施睡眠监测干预可获得良好降压效果,同时改善患者睡眠质量,且可降低药物不良反应,值得推广。

Study on the Influence of Two-drug Combination and Sleep Intervention on Blood Pressure Control Rate and Sleep Quality in Community Hypertensive Patients

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of two-drug combined with sleep intervention in community hypertension patients.Methods:Will be in January 2017 to May 2018 of 60 patients admitted in the community hypertension patients randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)and control group,with felodipine treatment,observation group application of metoprolol combined felodipine duplex treatment drug treatment,and the sleep quality of patients with intervention and monitoring,observing two groups of patients before and after the clinical curative effect and treatment of sleep quality.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.The quality of sleep in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For hypertension in the community,combined application of metoprolol+felodipine therapy and synchronous implementation of sleep monitoring intervention can achieve good antihypertensive effect,improve patients' sleep quality at the same time,and reduce adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
