| 摘 要： | 目的:观察卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素预防高危妊娠产后出血的价值。方法:选取于2017年3月~2018年4月在某院就诊的高危妊娠产妇66例,随机分为缩宫素治疗的对照组(33例)与卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素治疗的观察组(33例),观察患者产后出血率、术后出血量及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组产后出血率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组产后术后出血量少于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比,P>0.05。结论:给予高危妊娠产妇卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素治疗,能减少产后出血的发生及出血量,不良反应少,效果较好,安全性高,值得借鉴。
