鸟巢式护理干预对新生儿睡眠质量及生理功能的影响

目的:研究新生儿应用鸟巢式护理对其睡眠质量和生理功能的影响。方法:选取2017年7月至2018年7月安徽省蚌埠市第一人民医院出生的新生儿120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,包括保暖护理、喂养护理、抗感染护理等,观察组在对照组基础上给予鸟巢式护理干预,比较2组新生儿的护理效果。结果:观察组平均睡眠时间、体质量、身高均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组进奶增加量、平均每日排便次数、胎便转黄时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);新生儿疼痛感知、体温波动和出暖箱时间均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:鸟巢式护理干预能够增加新生儿睡眠时间,促进新生儿肠道功能,降低新生儿疼痛感知水平和体温波动,降低新生儿出暖箱时间,值得临床推广。

The Effect of Bird's Nest Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality and Physiological Function of Newborn

Objective:To study the effect of bird's nest nursing on newborn sleep quality and physiological function.Methods:A total of The 120 neonates born in First People's Hospital of Bengbu City were divided into obervation group and control group according to the difference in nursing methods.The control group(60 cases)was given routine nursing,including warm nursing,feeding nursing,anti-infection nursing,etc.The obervation group(60 cases)was given bird's nest nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The average sleep time,weight and height of the obervation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The increase of milk intake,the average daily defecation frequency and the yellow time of the fetus in the obervation group were better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal pain perception,temperature fluctuation and incubation time were all lower than those in the control group,and the inter-group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bird's nest nursing intervention can increase neonatal sleep time,promote neonatal intestinal function,reduce neonatal pain perception level and temperature fluctuations,reduce neonatal warm box time,should be promoted in clinical.
