慢性失眠症应用右佐匹克隆与艾司唑仑治疗的临床分析

目的:分析慢性失眠症应用右佐匹克隆与艾司唑仑治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年11月福建龙岩人民医院收治的慢性失眠症患者94例为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组主要为右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组主要采用右佐匹克隆、艾司唑仑治疗,比较2种治疗方式的效果。结果:观察组患者睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠药物、日间功能、睡眠质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.437、49.175、52.193、174.929、121.743、122.354、80.085,P<0.05);观察组患者各不良反应4.26%(2/47)显著少于对照组17.02%(8/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.028,P<0.05)。结论:慢性失眠症患者采用右佐匹克隆以及艾司唑仑进行治疗时可有效提升患者睡眠质量降低睡眠障碍提升整体效果,控制各不良状况,有临床应用价值。

Clinical Analysis of Chronic Insomnia Treated with Dexzopiclone and Estazolam

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of dexzopiclone and estazolam in the treatment of chronic insomnia.Methods:Ninety-four patients with chronic insomnia admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Random number table method was used to divide them into control group(47 cases).The observation group(47 cases)was treated with right zopiclone and estazolam.The effects of the two treatment methods were compared.Results:Sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,sleep time,sleep time,sleep drugs,daytime function and sleep quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group(t=20.437,49.175,52.193,174.929,121.743,122.354,80.085,P<0.05),and the adverse reactions in the observation group were 4.26%(2.47)significantly less than those in the control group(17.02%(8/47),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.028,P<0.05).Conclusion:Right zopiclone and estazolam can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with chronic insomnia,reduce the overall effect of sleep disorders,and control the adverse conditions.It has clinical application value.
