乳腺癌术后患者睡眠障碍的影响因素及护理对策

目的:探讨乳腺癌患者术后睡眠障碍的影响因素及护理对策。方法:选取2016年2月至2019年2月河北港口集团有限公司港口医院收治的乳腺癌患者50例作为研究对象。统计术后睡眠障碍患者的人数,分析其影响因素。结果:50例乳腺癌患者中,22例患者发生术后睡眠障碍,发生率为44. 0%。主要影响因素:切口疼痛、心理焦虑、术后体位不适、肢体运动受限及自我形象紊乱。结论:乳腺癌患者术后发生睡眠障碍的几率比较高,影响的因素有主观的心理情绪和心理障碍,还有客观的疼痛、肢体受限、体位不适等。护士人员一定要合理对患者术后睡眠障碍进行风险评估,积极进行护理干预,有效预防睡眠障碍的发生,提升患者术后生命质量。

Influencing Factors and Nursing Countermeasures of Postoperative Sleep Disorders in Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective: To explore the influencing factors and nursing strategies of postoperative sleep disorders in patients with breast cancer. Methods: The selected subjects were breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 in the past two years,and 50 cases of patients were randomly selected from all the patients.The number of patients with postoperative sleep disorders was counted and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results: Among the 50 patients with breast cancer,22 patients had postoperative sleep disorder,the incidence was 44.0%.Main influencing factors:incision pain,psychological anxiety,postoperative postural discomfort,limited limb movement and self-image disorder. Conclusion: The probability of postoperative sleep disorders in breast cancer patients is relatively high,and there are many influencing factors,including subjective emotional and psychological disorders,objective pain,limb limitation,and body position discomfort.Nurses must reasonably assess the risk of postoperative sleep disorders,actively carry out nursing intervention,effectively prevent the occurrence of sleep disorders,and improve the postoperative quality of life of patients.
