护理干预对于神经内科老年住院患者睡眠障碍的效果观察

目的:分析护理干预对于神经内科老年住院患者睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年10月山东省日照市五莲县人民医院神经内科收治的住院睡眠障碍老年患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行护理干预,对2组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组更低,生命质量评分较对照组更高,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对神经内科老年住院睡眠障碍患者实施护理干预有助于改善其睡眠质量,消除其负面情绪,并提升其生命质量。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Sleep Disorder in Neurology Department

Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with sleep disorder in neurology department. Methods:A total of100 elderly inpatients with sleep disorders were randomly selected from March2017 to October2018 in department of neurology of People′s Hospital of Wulian County.The patients were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.There were 50 patients in the test group and 50 in the control group,and the patients in the control group were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.Routine nursing was performed in the control group,and nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect was compared. Results:The PSQI score,SAS score,SDS score were lower and the quality of life score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group.It was higher than that between groups( P <0.05). Conclusion:Nursing intervention for elderly inpatients with sleep disorders in neurology is helpful to improve their sleep quality,eliminate their negative emotions,and improve their quality of life.
