| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨良性前列腺增生(BPH)致膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)合并逼尿肌功能减弱(DU)患者行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)疗效的影响因素。方法:将BPH致BOO合并DU患者74例行TURP治疗,另选择同时间段接收BPH致BOO未合并DU患者52例作为对照组,与有效组进行比较,分析手术疗效影响因素。结果:有效组最大尿流率、前列腺体积显著高于无效组,残余尿量显著低于无效组,P<0.05;术后治疗有效组最大尿流率显著高于无效组,而残余尿量、IPSS评分、QOL评分则显著低于无效组,P<0.05;术后治疗有效组留置尿管时间显著长于对照组,P<0.05。结论:针对BPH致BOO合并DU患者采用TURP治疗需做好术前评估及对症处理。
