循证护理对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量和焦虑抑郁的影响分析

目的:分析循证护理对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量与焦虑抑郁的影响。方法:选取2018年1—9月莆田学院附属医院收治的老年冠心病患者45例作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(n=23)和对照组(n=22),分别对其实施循证护理与常规护理,评价循证护理模式的先进性。结果:2组患者护理干预前后的睡眠质量评分,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者护理前后的焦虑抑郁评分变化情况,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年冠心病患者护理中,采用循证护理的方法能够提高患者睡眠质量,改善患者不良心理状态,有助于提高患者生命质量。

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Sleep Quality,Anxiety and Depression in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on sleep quality,anxiety and depression in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Forty-five elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January to September2018 were randomly divided into observation group( n =23)and control group( n = 22).Evidence-based nursing and routine nursing were carried out respectively,and the advanced nature of evidence-based nursing model was evaluated. Results:The sleep quality score of the two groups before and after nursing intervention was significantly better than that of the control group( P <0.05),and the change of anxiety and depression score of the two groups before and after nursing was better than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion:In the nursing care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,evidence-based nursing can improve the sleep quality of patients,improve the bad psychological state of patients,and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
