小儿复杂部分性癫痫中剥夺睡眠脑电图的诊断价值分析

目的:研究剥夺睡眠脑电图在小儿复杂部分性癫痫中的诊断价值。方法:选取2017年7月至2018年8月潍坊市高新区人民医院收治的的复杂部分性癫痫患儿80例作为研究的对象,包括男性患儿48例,女性患儿32例。所有患儿分别进行常规脑电图和剥夺睡眠脑电图检查,比较2种诊断方式的效果。结果:常规脑电图检查的阳性率为47. 5%,剥夺睡眠诱导脑电图检查的阳性率为81. 25%。2种方法检查效果比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=19. 8671,P <0. 05)。结论:与常规脑电图检查比较,在小儿复杂部分性癫痫临床诊断中积极采用采用剥夺睡眠脑电图检查,能够获得较为满意的诊断结果,且该检查手段简单便捷,建议在临床中积极推广使用。

Diagnostic Value of Sleep Deprivation EEG in Children with Complex Partial Epilepsy

Objective: To study the diagnostic value of sleep deprivation EEG in children with complex partial epilepsy. Methods: A total of 80 children with complex partial epilepsy who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study,including 48 males and 32 females.All children underwent routine EEG and deprivation sleep EEG,and the effects of the two diagnostic methods were compared. Results: The positive rate of routine EEG was 47.5%;the positive rate of deprivation of sleep-induced EEG was 81.25%.The difference between the two methods was statistically significant(χ 2=19.8671;P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with conventional EEG examination,the use of deprivation sleep EEG in the clinical diagnosis of complex partial epilepsy in children can obtain satisfactory results,and the examination method is simple and convenient.It is recommended to actively promote the use in clinical practice.
