曲唑酮对抑郁伴睡眠障碍的临床疗效分析

目的:探讨曲唑酮对抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年9月石家庄市第八医院收治的抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者96例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组48例。对照组患者给予氯硝西泮进行治疗,观察组患者给予曲唑酮急性治疗,然后比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:干预后观察组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组。患者的PSQI评分在治疗前2组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后观察组患者的PSQI评分降低的更加明显。干预后患者的满意度观察组明显高于对照组。结论:曲唑酮不仅能改善抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,缓解患者的抑郁症状,而且还能明显改善患者的生命质量,安全可靠,在今后临床工作中值得进行推广应用。

The Efficacy Analysis of Letrozle Ketone on Depressin with Sleep Disorde

Objective:To explore the efficacy analysis of letrozle ketone on depressin with sleep disorde patients.Methods:96 cases patients with depression and sleep disorder treated in our hospital from May 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled as research objects.All the patients were divided into control group and observation group randomly.The control group patients were treated with paroxetine,while the observation group patients were given trazodone.And then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than the control group after intervention.There was no significant difference in POSI scores between the two groups before treatment,and the decrease of PSOI score was more obvious in the study group after treatment.The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after intervention.Conclusion:Trazodone can not only improve the sleep quality of patients with depresson and sleep disorder,as well as alleviate the symptoms of depression,but also can improve the quality of life significantly,safe and reliable,which is worthy of being promoted and applied in the future clinical work.
