农村地区孤独症谱系障碍儿童睡眠障碍及影响因素

目的:了解农村地区孤独症谱系障碍(Autism Spectrum Disorder,ASD)患儿睡眠障碍及影响因素,为提高其睡眠质量及临床干预提供参考。方法:选取2018年9月至2018年12月以菏泽市农村地区3～17岁的ASD患儿274例,应用人口学资料、儿童睡眠习惯问卷(Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire,CSQH)和1周睡眠记录进行流行病学调查。结果:71. 2%(195/274)的ASD患儿存在睡眠问题,其中男83. 6%(107/128)、女60. 3%(88/146),男女患儿差别比较具有统计学意义(P <0. 01);不同性别、年龄组ASD患儿睡眠习惯问卷各维度得分及睡眠时长,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:睡眠障碍在农村地区ASD患儿中较为普遍,应进一步加强对ASD患儿睡眠障碍的评估与干预,应特别加强对男性ASD患儿的关注。

Sleep Disorders and Influencing Factors in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Rural Areas

Objective:To understand the sleep disorders and influencing factors of Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)in rural children,and to provide references for improving their sleep quality and clinical intervention.Methods:A total of 274 Children with ASD aged 3~17 in rural areas of heze city were selected for epidemiological investigation using demographic data from September 2018 to December 2018,Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire(CSQH)and weekly Sleep records.Results:Sleep problems occurred in 71.2%(195/274)ASD children,including 83.6%(107/128)males and 60.3%(88/146)females.The difference between male and female children was statistically significant(P<0.01).Different gender and age group ASD children sleep habits questionnaire score and sleep duration,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sleep disorders are common in children with ASD in rural areas,and the evaluation and intervention of sleep disorders in children with ASD should be further strengthened,especially the attention to male children with ASD.
