百乐眠胶囊治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症50例疗效观察

目的:观察百乐眠肢囊治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月南京中医药大学附属扬州市中医院收治的阴虚火旺型失眠症患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用天王补心丹治疗,观察组采用百乐眠胶囊治疗。比较2组的临床效果。结果:观察组的临床总有效率及中医证候总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百乐眠胶囊治疗失眠症(阴虚火旺证)的疗效确切。

Observation on the Effect of Bailemian Capsule in the patients with Insomnia of Yin Deficiency and Fire Prosperity Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bailemian Capsule in the patients with Insomnia of Yin Deficiency and Fire Prosperity Syndrome. Methods:From January2017 to December2018,90 patients with insomnia of yin deficiency and fire type admitted to Yangzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group ( n =40) and observation group ( n = 50).The control group was treated with Tianwang Buxin Dan and the observation group was treated with Bailemian capsule.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The clinical total effective rate and total effective rate of TCM syndrome of treatment group were higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Bailemian capsule in the patients with Insomnia(Yin Deficiency and Fire Prosperity Syndrome)is accurate.
