重复经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药物治疗卒中后抑郁的效果及对睡眠质量的影响

目的:探讨重复经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药物治疗卒中后抑郁的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年6月至2018年10月揭西县人民医院收治的卒中后抑郁患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组接受抗抑郁药物治疗,观察组采用重复经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药物治疗,对2组效果、抑郁程度及睡眠质量进行观察。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,较对照组83.33%高(P<0.05);2组治疗前的HAMD评分与PSQI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后HAMD评估与PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重复经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药物治疗卒中后抑郁效果满意,也能提高患者睡眠质量,值得推广。

Effect of Repeated Transskull Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Antidepressants on Post-stroke Depression and its Effect on Sleep Quality

Objective:To study the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with antidepressants in the treatment of post-stroke depression and the effect on the quality of sleep. Methods:A total of120 patients with post-stroke depression treated in Jiexi County peopleundefineds Hospital from June2016 to October2018 were randomly divided into control group( n =60)and observation group( n =60).The control group was treated with antidepressants.The observation group was treated with repeated transskull magnetic stimulation combined with antidepressants.The effect,depression degree and sleep quality of the two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in HAMD score and PSQI score between the two groups before treatment, but the HAMD evaluation and PSQI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment( P <0.05). Conclusion:Repeated transskull magnetic stimulation combined with antidepressants is effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression,and can also improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worth popularizing.
