| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨冠心病心绞痛患者采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法:随机将2014年1月~2017年2月接收的98例冠心病心绞痛患者分为两组,甲组采用西药治疗,乙组采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间及血清CRP水平比较差异不明显(P>0.05);乙组治疗后的上述指标改善程度、心绞痛症状及心电图总有效率明显优于甲组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛,能有效缩短患者心绞痛发作时间和发作频率,改善患者的心绞痛症状,适合在临床上应用。
