自由体位分娩联合分娩镇痛对高龄产妇妊娠结局、免疫功能以及睡眠质量的影响研究

目的:探究自由体位分娩联合分娩镇痛对高龄产妇的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月徐闻县妇幼保健院新院产科收治的高龄产妇152例作为研究对象,按照分娩方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组76例。2组患者分别采用传统体位和自由体位分娩联合分娩镇痛分娩。结果:观察组的阴道自然分娩率为71. 05%,明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组分娩之后的CD4+/CD8+为(1. 28±0. 29),比对照组高(P <0. 05);观察组的睡眠质量评分为(9. 12±1. 11)分,比对照组高(P <0. 05)。结论:自由体位分娩联合分娩镇痛能够提高高龄产妇顺产率,改善免疫功能和睡眠质量。

Study on the Effects of Free Body Delivery Combined with Labor Analgesia on Pregnancy Outcome Immune Function and Sleep Quality Of Elderly Parturients

Objective: To investigate the effect of free position labor combined with labor analgesia on elderly parturients. Methods: A total of 152 elderly women from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Xuwen County Maternal and Child Health Hospital, from June 2018 to June 2019, were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the mode of delivery, with 76 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were delivered in traditional and free position labor combined with labor analgesia. Results: The rate of natural vaginal delivery in the observation group was 71.05%,significantly higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).After delivery,CD4 +/CD8 + in the observation group was(1.28±0.29),higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group was(9.12±1.11),which was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Combined with labor analgesia,free posture labor can improve the rate of vaginal delivery,immune function and sleep quality of elderly parturients.
