护理干预对泌尿系术后失眠患者睡眠质量的影响

目的:了解护理干预对泌尿系术后失眠患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年10月龙岩市第一医院收治的泌尿系外科手术患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组给予一般护理,观察组开展整体化护理。比较2组满意度;泌尿系外科手术后疼痛持续的时间、使用止痛药物的时间、日均睡眠时间、住院的平均时间;护理前后视觉模拟评分值、睡眠质量评分、心理焦虑程度、生命质量;并发症发生率。结果:观察组满意度、视觉模拟评分值、睡眠质量评分、心理焦虑程度、生命质量、泌尿系外科手术后疼痛持续的时间、使用止痛药物的时间、日均睡眠时间、住院的平均时间、并发症发生率比较对照组有优势,P <0. 05。结论:泌尿系外科手术患者实施整体化护理效果确切,可有效改善患者的睡眠质量,减轻疼痛和焦虑,改善患者的生命质量,加速患者术后康复和出院,减少并发症的发生。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality of Patients with Postoperative Insomnia in Urinary Tract Operation

Objective: To understand the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality of patients with insomnia after urinary tract surgery. Methods: From February 2016 to October 2018,70 patients undergoing urological surgery in Longyan first Hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group( n =35)and observation group( n =35).General nursing was given in control group and holistic nursing intervention group( n =35).To compare the satisfaction of the two groups,the duration of pain after urinary surgery,the time of using analgesic drugs,the average time of daily sleep and the average time of hospitalization.Before and after nursing visual analogue score,sleep quality score,psychological anxiety degree,quality of life;incidence of complications. Results: The holistic nursing intervention group satisfaction score,visual analogue scale values,sleep,mental anxiety degree,the quality of life,the duration of the urinary tract pain after surgery,the use of painkillers time,average daily sleep time,the average hospitalization time,complications is an advantage over the control group, P <0.05). Conclusion: The integrated nursing effect of patients with urological surgery is exact,which can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,reduce pain and anxiety,improve the quality of life of patients,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and discharge of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
