护理干预在改善产妇睡眠质量及减少产后出血的效果分析

目的:研究在住院分娩产妇中使用护理干预对产后出血、睡眠质量的影响作用。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年12月广州市第一人民医院南沙医院收治的住院分娩产妇80例作为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分为对照对和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行针对性护理干预,观察比较2组住院分娩产妇临床护理效果。结果:护理后观察组住院分娩产妇产后出血率、产后出血量、睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.5);护理后观察组与对照组住院分娩产妇睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期时间与护理前相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论:使用针对性护理干预有利于改善产妇产后出血情况与睡眠质量。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Improving Maternal Sleep Quality and Reducing Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage and sleep quality in hospitalized delivery women. Methods:A total of 80 femals with hospitalized delivery were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group.40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received targeted nursing intervention.Clinical nursing effect of two groups of hospitalized parturients was observed and compared Results:After treatment,the postpartum hemorrhage rate,postpartum hemorrhage, sleep time,and sleep latency of the hospitalized delivery group were compared with the reference group( P <0.05);there were significant differences in sleep time and sleep latency between the observation group and the control group( P <0.5). Conclusion:The use of targeted nursing interventions is beneficial to improve postpartum hemorrhage and sleep quality.
