医院-社区-家庭相结合的护理模式对2型糖尿病患者生命质量及睡眠的影响

目的:探讨医院-社区-家庭相结合的护理模式在2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年6月中国中医科学院广安门医院南区收治的110例2型糖尿病患者病例资料,将2017年1月至2017年9月采取常规护理干预的52例患者资料组成对照组,2017年10月至2018年6月采取医院-社区-家庭相结合护理干预的58例患者资料组成观察组。比较2组患者生命质量及睡眠情况。结果:观察组各维度生命质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);与干预前比较,2组睡眠质量评分均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:将医院-社区-家庭相结合护理模式应用于2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中可有效改善睡眠质量并进一步提升生命质量,有利于改善预后。

Effect of Hospital-Community-Family Combination Nursing on Quality of Life and Sleep in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective:To explore the application effect of hospital-community-family combination nursing in the clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes who had been admitted to the Hospital between January 2017 and June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The 52 patients given routine nursing intervention from January 2017 to September 2017 were included in the control group,and the 58 patients given hospital-community-family combination nursing intervention between October 2017 and June 2018 were included in the observation group.The scores of quality of life and sleep in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-intervention,the qualit of sleep scores in both groups were lower after interventions,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with type 2 diabetes,the application of hospital-community-family combination nursing can help alleviate their quality of sleep and further improve their quality of life,better for the improvement of their prognosis.
