个性化护理对胃癌患者术后生活与睡眠质量的影响研究

目的:探讨个性化护理对胃癌患者术后生活与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016—2018年福建省清流县总医院手术治疗的胃癌患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予个性化护理,对照组给与常规护理。结果:观察组患者的血清白蛋白、血红蛋白以及总蛋白水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生命质量评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理干预能够有效改善胃癌患者术后睡眠质量及生命质量,具有较高的临床价值。

Study on the Influence of Personalized Nursing on the Quality of Life and Sleep of Patients with Gastric Cancer After Operation

Objective:To explore the effect of personalized nursing on postoperative life and sleep quality of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:80 cases of gastric cancer patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 patients in each group.The observation group were given personalized nursing,and the control group were given for routine nursing.Results:Serum albumin,hemoglobin and total protein levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),sleep quality score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and life quality score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing intervention can effectively improve postoperative sleep quality and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer,with high clinical value.
