| 摘 要： | 目的:将前臂皮瓣、股前外侧皮瓣分别应用在口腔颌面部缺损患者的修复中,分析临床效果。方法:于2012年4月~2018年4月在某医院抽取50例口腔颌面部缺损患者,按照随机数字表法予以分组,每组纳入25例,股前外侧皮瓣修复治疗用于试验1组,前臂皮瓣修复治疗用于试验2组,统计两组指标。结果:试验2组皮瓣存活合计率、瘢痕增生例数、色素沉着例数、永久性功能障碍例数、暂时性功能障碍例数对比于试验1组,P<0.05。结论:在口腔颌面部缺损患者的修复中采取前臂皮瓣、股前外侧皮瓣均可获得良好效果。
