经络注血疗法配合中医护理治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响

目的:探究经络注血疗法配合中医护理治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年5月广东省龙川县中医院收治的气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者75例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为西医组(n=32)和中医组(n=43),西医组患者给予西药治疗,中医组患者给与经络注血疗法配合中医护理治疗,比较2种方法的效果。结果:治疗后中医组的肢体功能评分、神经功能缺损评分和睡眠质量指数评分分别为(72. 36±5. 32)分、(9. 39±2. 04)分和(8. 15±1. 53)分,优于治疗前和西医组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:经络注血疗法配合中医护理治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症能够促使患者的肢体功能、神经功能恢复,改善睡眠质量。

Effect of Meridian Blood Injection and TCM Nursing on Sequelae of Apoplexy with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis and Effect on Sleep Quality of Patients

Objective: To explore the effect of meridian blood injection therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in treating apoplexy sequelae of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods: A total of 75 patients with sequelae of stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type from June 2018 to May 2019 admitted to Longchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects.They were divided into western medicine group( n =32)and traditional Chinese medicine group( n =43)according to different treatment methods.Western medicine group was given western medicine treatment,while Chinese medicine group was given meridian blood injection therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing treatment.The effects of the two methods were compared. Results: The scores of limb function,nerve function defect and sleep quality index in the TCM group were(72.36±5.32),(9.39±2.04)and(8.15±1.53),respectively,which were better than those before treatment and the western medicine group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Meridian blood injection therapy combined with TCM nursing treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis apoplexy sequelae can promote the recovery of limb function and nerve function of patients,and improve the sleep quality of patients.
