六君子汤联合耳穴压豆治疗老年脾胃气虚型患者失眠的疗效观察

目的:评价六君子汤联合耳穴贴压治疗老年患者脾胃气虚型失眠的疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年7月铜陵市中医医院收治的老年脾胃气虚型失眠患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组每天口服六君子汤并耳穴贴压治疗;对照组仅口服舒乐安定。4周后观察患者的匹兹堡量表评分(PSQI)、中医症状及疗效变化。结果:2组治疗均可改善睡眠,降低患者的PSQI积分,但治疗后观察组患者的PSQI积分下降更为显著(P <0. 01); 2组治疗失眠有效率相当,但观察组显效率优于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组中医证候疗效比较,观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论:六君子汤联合耳穴贴压可以有效改善老年脾胃气虚型患者失眠及其中医证候。

Therapeutic Effect of Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Pressure on Insomnia in Aged Patients with Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Liujunzi decoction combined with auricular point pressure on insomnia in aged patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency. Methods: Sixty cases of senile insomnia with spleen and stomach qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was received oral Liujunzi decoction and auricular point pressure every day.The control group was only used diazepam.After 4 weeks,the changes of sleeping parameters,including PSQI score,TCM symptoms and curative effect were recorded. Results: Both groups improved sleep and reduced patients′ PSQI score,but the decrease of PSQI score was more significant in the treatment group after treatment( P <0.01).The two groups have similar efficacy in treating insomnia,but the marked efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P <0.05).Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome between two group,the overall efficiency rate of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group( P <0.01). Conclusion: Liujunzi decoction combined with auricular point pressure can effectively improve the insomnia and TCM symptoms of spleen-stomach qi deficiency in elderly patients.
