针刺配合耳穴压丸治疗失眠的临床疗效观察

目的:观察针刺配合耳穴压丸治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年9月中国人民解放军第四七六医院中医康复科收治的失眠患者48例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。对照组患者单独给予针刺治疗,观察组患者采用针刺联合耳穴压丸治疗。观察比较2组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、日间功能评分分别为(1.04±0.09)分、(1.20±0.14)分、(1.03±0.23)分、(0.72±0.15)分、(1.22±0.20)分,有效率为91.67%,与对照组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用针刺配合耳穴压丸治疗失眠,能够有效减轻入睡困难、睡眠质量不佳、日间残留效应等一系列症状,有效率较高,临床应用价值值得肯定。

Clinical Observation on Insomnia Treated by Acupuncture and Ear Point Pressure Pills

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point pill pressing on insomnia.Methods:According to the different treatment methods,the control group was treated with acupuncture alone,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with auricular point pill pressing.Results:After treatment,the scores of sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep time,sleep quality and daytime function in the observation group were(1.04±0.09),(1.20±0.14),(1.03±0.23),(0.72±0.15)and(1.22±0.20).The effective rate was 91.67%.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with auricular point pill pressing can effectively alleviate a series of symptoms such as difficulty in falling asleep,poor sleep quality and residual effect during the day.The effective rate is high,and the clinical application value is worth affirming.
