针刺天枢加耳穴贴压治疗习惯性便秘临床研究

目的:观察针刺天枢加耳穴贴压治疗习惯性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取320例习惯性便秘患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各160例。对照组给予乳果糖晨起口服和开塞露肛门给药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加针刺天枢加耳穴贴压治疗,5 d为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗2个疗程。治疗后对比2组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率95.00%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组排便间隔时间评分、单次排便时间评分、排便性状评分、排便难易评分、便秘量表评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组上述5项症状评分均比对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:针刺天枢加耳穴贴压治疗习惯性便秘可以提高临床疗效。

Clinical Study on Acupuncture at Tianshu Point Combined with Auricular Point Sticking Therapy for Habitual Constipation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Tianshu point(ST25)combined with auricular point sticking therapy for habitual constipation.Methods:A total of 320 cases of patients with habitual constipation were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,160 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of lactulose in the morning and anal administration of glycerine enema,and the observation group was additionally given acupuncture at Tianshu point combined with auricular point sticking therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were continuously treated for two courses.After treatment,the clinical effect in the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate was95.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 81.25%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of defecation interval time,single defecation time,stool characters,difficulty of defecation and Constipation Scale in the two groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the decrease of the above scores in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture at Tianshu point combined with auricular point sticking therapy for habitual constipation can improve the clinical effect.
