益心舒胶囊合用脉血康胶囊治疗老年糖尿病患者失眠的疗效观察

目的:探讨益心舒胶囊合用脉血康胶囊治疗老年糖尿病患者失眠的疗效。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月厦门市中医院收治的老年2型糖尿病失眠患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。基于糖尿病综合管理的前提下,对照组口服腺苷钴胺,1 mg/次,3次/d;维生素B1,10 mg/次,3次/d;谷维素,20 mg/次,3次/d;观察组服用脉血康胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d;益心舒胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,观察时间均为28 d。观察2组患者的睡眠与相关化验指标的改善状况。结果:观察组日渐功能紊乱、使用睡眠药物、睡眠紊乱、睡眠持续性、睡眠潜伏期以及主观睡眠质量在数据上均高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。经过治疗,观察组患者血糖、血脂等各项数据均显著改善,且显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:益心舒胶囊合用脉血康胶囊治疗老年糖尿病患者失眠有着良好的临床治疗效果,值得进行临床推广。

Yixinshu Capsule and Maixuekang Capsule in the Treatment of Insomnia in Elderly Diabetic Patients Curative Effect Observation

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Yixinshu capsule combined with Maixuekang capsule in the treatment of insomnia in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into control and observation groups.On the premise of comprehensive management of diabetes mellitus,the control group took Adenocobalamin 1 mg/time,3 times a day;Vitamin B1,10 mg/time,3 times a day;Oryzanol,20 mg/time,3 times a day;The observation group took Maixuekang capsule,3 capsules/time,3 times a day;Yixinshu capsule,3 capsules/time,3 times a day,the observation time was 28 days.To observe the improvement of sleep and related laboratory indicators between the two groups.Results:The data of the increasing dysfunction,the use of sleep drugs,sleep disorders,sleep persistence,sleep latency and subjective sleep quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood sugar,blood lipid and other data in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yixinshu Capsule combined with Maixuekang Capsule has a good clinical effect on insomnia of elderly diabetic patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
