督脉铺灸结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗早中期强直性脊柱炎临床观察

目的:观察督脉铺灸结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗早中期强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例早中期AS患者按随机数字表法分为2组各30例。对照组予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上施加督脉铺灸,每次1.5 h,每周1次。2组均治疗12周。观察2组患者治疗前后巴氏强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(BASDAI)评分与巴氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)评分,检测血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)以及人体白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)水平的变化,并评价临床疗效。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组90.00%,对照组73.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组BASDAI评分、BASFI评分、血清CRP、ESR、HLA-B27水平较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,观察组对BASDAI评分、BASFI评分、血清CRP、ESR、HLA-B27的改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:督脉铺灸结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗早中期AS疗效确切,能改善患者临床症状及实验室指标,优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical Observation of Long Snake Moxibustion in Governor Vessel Combined with Sulfasalazine for Ankylosing Spondylitis in Early and Middle Stage

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of long snake moxibustion in governor vessel combined with sulfasalazine for ankylose spondylitis(AS)in early and middle stage.Methods:A total of 60 cases of AS patients in early and middle stage were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with long snake moxibustion in governor vessel once a week for 1.5 hours based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI)and Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI)in the two groups were observed.The changes of the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and human leukocyte antigen B27(HLA-B27)were detected,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 90.00%in the observation group and 73.30%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sores of BASDAI and BASFI and the levels of serum CRP,ESR and HLA-B27 in the two groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the sores of BASDAI and BASFI and the levels of serum CRP,ESR and HLA-B27 in the observation group was better than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of long snake moxibustion in governor vessel combined with sulfasalazine has definite curative effect in the treatment of AS in early and middle stage,and can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of patients,which is better than that of western medicine alone.
