心理护理联合疼痛护理对改善宫颈癌患者围手术期睡眠质量的观察研究

目的:了解心理护理联合疼痛护理对改善宫颈癌患者围手术期睡眠质量的观察。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年12月福建省厦门市妇幼保健院的宫颈癌患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取心理护理联合疼痛护理。比较2组满意评分;疼痛持续时间、睡眠改善的时间;护理前后围手术期睡眠质量水平;围手术期不良事件发生例数。结果:观察组满意评分、围手术期睡眠质量水平、疼痛持续时间、睡眠改善的时间、围手术期不良事件发生例数比较对照组有优势(P <0. 05)。结论:宫颈癌患者实施心理护理联合疼痛护理效果确切,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,并减轻其心理障碍,改善患者的睡眠质量,减少不良事件的发生,提高患者的满意度。

Psychological Nursing Combined with Pain Nursing to Improve the Perioperative Sleep Quality of Patients with Cervical Cancer

Objective: To investigate the effect of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing on improving perioperative sleep quality of patients with cervical cancer. Methods: A Total of 80 cases of cervical cancer patients in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into routine nursing group and psychological nursing combined with pain nursing group.Satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Duration of pain,duration of sleep improvement;Perioperative sleep quality level before and after nursing;Number of perioperative adverse events. Results: Psychological nursing combined with pain nursing group satisfaction score,perioperative sleep quality level,pain duration,sleep improvement time,the number of perioperative adverse events compared with the conventional nursing group has an advantage, P <0.05. Conclusion: Cervical cancer patients with psychological nursing combined with pain nursing effect is accurate,can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,reduce their psychological disorders,improve the quality of sleep,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve the satisfaction of patients.
