唑吡坦联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁失眠的疗效分析

目的:探讨唑吡坦联合帕罗西汀对抑郁失眠患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年3月石家庄市第八医院收治的的抑郁失眠患者88例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者使用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组患者则使用帕罗西汀联合唑吡坦治疗。干预2个月后对2组患者的治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:干预后观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗中2组患者不良反应的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗前2组患者的PSQI与HAMD-17评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者的PSQI与HAMD-1评分都有明显降低,且观察组患者的PSQI与HAMD-1评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:帕罗西汀联合唑吡坦不仅能明显改善抑郁失眠患者的抑郁情绪、改善患者的失眠状况,还不会增加治疗过程中的不良反应,其治疗效果显著。

The Curative Effect Analysis of Zolpiden Combined with Paroxetine to the Patients with Depression and Insomnia

Objective:To explore the curative effect analysis of zolpiden combined with paroxetine to the patients with depression and insomnia. Methods:A total of 88 cases patients with depression and insomnia were collected in our hospital from February2018 to March2019 as research objects.The control group patients were treated with paroxetine,the study group patients were treated with zolpiden combined with paroxetine after grouped.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed after two months ′intervention. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group.There was no statistically significantly difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the PSQI and HAMD-17 scores between the two groups before treatment.The PSQI and HAMD-17 scores of the two groups were both significantly decreased after treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion:The combination of paroxetine and zolpidem can not only significantly improve the depressive moodand insomnia of the patients with depression and insomnia,but also can not increase the adveres reactions in the treatment process,and its treatment effect is significant.
