中医护理对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者术后疼痛的影响

目的:观察中医护理在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者术后疼痛的减轻效果。方法:将行手术治疗的64例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者根据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组32例采用常规护理,观察组32例采用中医护理。对比2组护理前后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、自觉症状积分以及护理满意度评分。结果:2组护理前HAMD评分、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,2组HAMD评分、VAS评分均下降,观察组HAMD评分、VAS评分均较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组护理前麻木、疼痛、溃疡、冷感、间歇性跛行及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,2组各自觉症状积分均下降,观察组麻木、疼痛、溃疡、冷感、间歇性跛行及总分均较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理技能、护理质量、护理投诉事件、护理态度及总分均较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理用于下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中效果显著,可有效缓解患者不良情绪及术后疼痛,改善自觉症状,提高护理满意度。

Effect of Chinese Medicine Nursing on Postoperative Pain in Patients with Arteriosclerosis Obliterans in Lower Extremity

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine nursing in relieving postoperative pain in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity.Methods:A total of 64 cases of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity undergoing operation were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine nursing.Before and after nursing,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),subjective symptoms and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of HAMD and VAS in the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMD and VAS in the two groups were decreased,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,compared the scores of numbness,pain,ulcer,cold sensation and intermittent claudication as well as the total scores in the two groups,there was no difference in the difference(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of subjective symptoms in the two groups were decreased,and the scores of numbness,pain,ulcer,cold sensation and intermittent claudication as well as the total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The skills,quality,complaints and attitudes of nursing as well as the total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine nursing has significant effect on patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans in lower extremity,which can effectively relieve bad mood and postoperative pain,and improve self-conscious symptoms and nursing satisfaction.
