频谱房联合来氟米特、柳氮磺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察及对入睡困难的影响

目的:探究治疗强直性脊柱炎患者时使用频谱房联合来氟米特、柳氮磺吡啶的临床治疗效果和对患者睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月厦门市第五医院风湿免疫科收治的强直性脊柱炎患者128例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组64例。对照组患者使用来氟米特和柳氮磺吡啶进行治疗,观察组则在此基础上加用频谱房,对2组治疗效果和睡眠质量进行探究。结果:2组患者治疗前各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),经过治疗,观察组患者治疗有效性为85. 94%(55/64),远远高于对照组的70. 31%(45/64),观察组生命质量和睡眠质量也显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:治疗强直性脊柱炎患者时采用频谱房联合来氟米特、柳氮磺吡啶取得显著效果,可有效提高患者治疗有效率,使患者睡眠质量和生命质量得到显著提高,值得临床推广。

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Spectrum Chamber Combined with Leflunomide and Sulfasalazine on Ankylosing Spondylitis and Its Influence on Difficulty in Falling Asleep

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of spectrum chamber combined with leflunomide and sulfasalazine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and its influence on patients′ sleep. Methods: A total of 128 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who came to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,64 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with leflunomide and sulfasalazine,while patients in the observation group were treated with spectrum room on the basis of leflunomide and sulfasalazine. Results: There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment( P >0.05).After treatment,the therapeutic effectiveness of the experimental group was 85.94%(55/64),which was much higher than that of the control group 70.31%(45/64).The quality of life and sleep of the experimental group were also significantly higher than those of the control group( P <0.05).The differences between all data groups were statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: Spectrum atrium combined with leflunomide and sulfasalazine can achieve remarkable results in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,sleep quality and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
