| 心理护理对患者术前睡眠状态及麻醉效果的影响分析 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理护理对患者术前睡眠状态及麻醉效果的影响。方法:选取2018年7月至2018年12月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的手术患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例,术前实施常规护理、心理护理,比较负性情绪评分、睡眠质量评分、麻醉效果。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),其麻醉优良率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:术前心理护理可改善手术患者术前心理状态和睡眠质量,确保术中麻醉效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing on preoperative sleep state and anesthesia effect of patients. Methods: A total of 200 patients with surgical treatment from July 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were separately given routine nursing and psychological nursing before operation.The negative emotional score,sleep quality score and anesthetic effect were compared. Results: After nursing,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P <0.05),and the excellent anesthesia rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Preoperative psychological nursing can improve the preoperative psychological state and sleep quality of the patients,and ensure the effect of intraoperative anesthesia. |
