摘    要:目的 研究吗啡戒断大鼠中缝背核FOS、NADPH -d酶表达的变化。方法 运用免疫组织化学、组织化学方法观测吗啡戒断大鼠动物模型中缝背核FOS、NADPH -d酶表达的变化。结果 吗啡戒断组FOS、NADPH-d阳性神经元、纤维和终末表达明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 一氧化氮参与吗啡耐受、依赖和戒断的转导与调控 ;中缝背核可能是介导吗啡耐受、依赖和戒断的部位之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of FOS and the positivity of NADPH-d test in the dorsal raphe nucleus of morphine withdrawal rats.Methords Immunocytochemistry and histochemistry methods were used to study the changes of FOS and NADPH-d positive neurons in the dorsal raphe nucleus of morphine withdrawal rats.Results The expression of FOS-L1 and the NADPH-d positive neurons were significantly increased in morphine withdrawal rats(P<0.05).Conclusion As NO is involved in signal transmission and modulation of morphine tolerance,dependence and withdrawal, the present study suggests the dorsal raphe nucleus be one of the sites mediating morphine tolerance, dependence and withdrawal.
