手术室整体护理对低位直肠癌患者围术期心理反应的影响

目的：观察传统护理与整体护理两种模式下的低位直肠癌患者围手术期心理反应的差别。方法：将接受手术的80例低位直肠癌患者随机分为两组。整体组40例，给予有计划的整体护理。对照组40例，仅给予传统的护理方法。监测两组患者术前1天与入室后的脉搏与血压。结果：接受整体护理的低位直肠癌患者术前生理、心理反应有明显改善，入室后的脉搏与血压，与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论：运用整体护理有利缓解低位直肠癌围手术期患者的心理反应。

On Holistic Nursing Care's Contribution to the Perioperative Psychological Reaction of the Patients with Low Rectal Cancer in Operating Room
