曲安缩松穴位注射对哮喘患者肺功能改善作用

目的：研究曲安缩松穴位注射对哮喘患者肺功能的改善作用。方法：选择２９例中度支气管哮喘患者，采用曲安缩松４０ｍｇ肺俞穴注射，治疗４周后与治疗前肺功能结果比较。结果：治疗前ＦＥＶ１为（１．５１±０．５３）Ｌ／ｓ，ＦＥＶ１％为（５４．３±１７．１）％， ＰＤ２０－ＦＥＶ１为（３．０５±１．３７）μｍｏｌ，治疗 ４周后分别为（２．３７±０．８４）Ｌ／Ｓ，（７７．４１±１４．５３）％及＞７．８μｍｏｌ，对比有显著差异，提示曲安缩松穴注具有较明确的改善肺功能和降低支气管高反应性（ＢＨＲ）作用。结论：由安缩松穴注对中度哮喘治疗具有一定可行性。

Improvement on Iung function of asthma patient by the therapy of point injection with Triamcinolone Acetomide

Objective: It is to study the improvement on the lung function of the asthma patient by the therapy of pointinjection with Triamcinolone Acetomide. Methods: Twenty-nine moderate asthma patients were treated by the point injection in FEISHU with Triamcinolone Acetomide 40mg. And then the results were compared before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: The change of FEV1 was from (1. 51 ±0. 53)L/s to (2. 37±. 84)L/s. The change of FEV1 % was from (54. 3± 17. 1 ) % to (77. 41± 14. 53) %. The Change of PD20-FEV1 was from (3. 05 ± 1. 37) μmol to >7. 8μmol. The changes showed that the therapy could significantly improve the lung function and could reduce BHR to a lower rank. Conclusion: The therapy of point injection in FEISHU with Triamcinolone Acetomide was feasible to treat the moderateasthma.
