| 摘 要： | 总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术术式的应用,在复杂胆囊手术中,合理选用腹腔镜胆囊切除术式,不但可简化手术、降低手术风险,而且可以达到胆囊造瘘与标准胆囊切除相结合的效果。不失为一种明智的选择。

| Abstract: | To sum up the application of laparoscopic cholecytectomy in operated ways. Choose appropriately the operated way not only simplify the operation and decrease the risk in difficult cholecytectomy, but also can get the therapeutic result of cholecystomy combined with standard cholecytectomy. It is a wise choice. |
