| 摘 要： | 本文用X线和组织学方法,研究了同种骨基质明胶(BMG)对24只家兔和大鼠胫骨缺损的修复效果。实验结果表明,同种骨基质明胶的排斥反应很小,而且诱导成骨作用明显。在术后第8周,植骨区已有大片新骨形成。因此同种骨基质明胶很有希望能成为一种新的植骨材料。

| Abstract: | The. tibial defect repaired with allogenic bone matrix gelatin (BMG) in 24 rats and rabbits was studied by the radiographic and histological method. The result showed that little immunoreaction existed in the implanted area, and the inductive osteogenesis of BMG was obvious.At the eighth week of postgrafting many new bones were formed. Therefore, BMG might become a neu material for grafting bones in the future. |
