| 摘 要： | 他汀类药物即3-羟基3-甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂.近年的研究发现他汀类药物不但具有降血脂作用,同时还具有一定的肾保护作用.这种作用并非完全由他汀类药物的降脂作用引起,这类药物还具有非降脂相关的肾保护作用,抑制炎症过程是直接肾脏保护作用的重要机制之一.本文就他汀类药物在肾脏疾病中的抗炎作用的研究新进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | Statins are 3-hydroxy-3-methylgluraryl co-enzyme A reductase inhibitors.Recently many clinical trials have shown that statins can not only reduce the serum cholesterol level,but protect renal function.And the renal protective effect of statins is independent of cholesterolol-lowering.One of the mechanisms is the statins can inhibit inflammatory process.This thesis emphasizes on the advances that statins have limit inflammation in renal diseases. |
